About the Artist
I work mostly in acrylic and watercolor, frequently using a combination of palette knives and brush work.
I create art to celebrate the enchantment and respect I have for the natural world. As an ardent photographer, I routinely find inspiration for my paintings, in captured moments from the camera. Most of my art is created in the winter months, as the spring, summer and fall are dedicated to organic gardening, harvesting and preserving.
I often use recycled and reclaimed canvases and frames, turning what would be waste, into original art.
Thanks dearly to everyone that attended my 2018-19 art show this summer, at the farm. Your encouragement and support have been invaluable.
I am eager to explore the wonderfully artistic and immensly beautiful surroundings of our new home. New work from the summer of 2019 will be posted soon.
